WEDDING PLANNING SERVICES

EVENT DESIGN

We specialize in designing weddings that utilize thoughtful details to create inclusive and welcoming spaces for community. To get started, we’ll meet with you to talk about your style and the feeling you want to create with your event. Then we’ll put together a moodboard and design guide to help you make design choices. Below are the services included when you add design to your planning package.

  • In-person design meeting

  • Design guide with specific pages for each aspect of your event (examples: florals, tabletop, ceremony, invitations, escort card table, etc.)
  • Unlimited email correspondence to help you make design decisions

MONTH-OF COORDINATION

Do you just want someone to take care care of all the day-of details for you so you can relax and enjoy your day? You need month-of coordination!

Services include:

  • Unlimited communication by phone, video chat, and email  
  • Mission formulation 
  • Creation of detailed event timeline 
  • Assistance with floor-plan creation  
  • Detailed plan for all set-up to be completed on the day of your event 
  • Final planning meeting 
  • Final walk-through of the venue
  • Vendor coordination and confirmations prior to the event
  • Ceremony rehearsal coordination
  • Point of contact for all event professionals, wedding party, and immediate family on the day of the wedding

Full wedding planning and coordination can start up to 18 months before the wedding, and we’ll be there every step of the way to help you make decisions and figure things out. Full planning includes month-of coordination and event design.
